Don't forget to activate the CIC (Command In Control), it's going to be fun.

Sigh...you win.

It looks amazing, I'll install Jet War. Thanks for you time in making this.

Congratulations for a finished mod and a very sharp presentation. :)  :P

Will also test this once I have tested a WIP mod if time allows.

Cheers

My thoughts so far

At the moment i am really enjoying this mod, it's a very complete package. The planes handle great with their abilities and drawbacks, the CIC makes the soviet aircraft interception style possible, the ks-20 missiles are a lot of fun, gorgeous paintschemes and of course the small details like the ground proximity line to the "airbrakes out" light are welcome additions. I'm not sure if you are planning to expand project 85, but if you are this is a great step in the right direction. To anyone doubting if they need this mod, it is a fine addition to your game.

Well done sir,

Barbarossa

P.S.
I did notice one small thing, whenever the mig-15 gets hit ailerons, elevators and rudders stop working. There is no message like "elevator controls damaged" but pulling up has no effect, on the exterior i do actually see the control surface moving. You might want to look in to that.

Quick question: Is it possible to view the footage from the gun and recon cameras? Since i saw some black and white photorolls in the manual.

Glad to see this gorgeous mod released!

Excellent, excellent work, and a joy to fly. I am especially fond of the glide bombs. It had me worried, but minutes later, the confirmed hit message made my day!

SAS~Tom2, Barbarossa and fresco23 thank you for your great comments about this mod, very much appreciated.

Re: future Project 85 planes. There will be one more MiG-15 variant, the KMU two seat shipboard multi-role aircraft, then afterwards hopefully a number of Tu-91 models. I will start a WIP thread on the MiG-15KMU next month, but in brief, in addition to airborne intercept radar and photo reconnaissance cameras options, this aircraft can also tow a variety of aerial targets. These aerial targets can be engaged by ships, artillery and other aircraft. The default pilot position for the KMU is the rear seat, so a Soviet style pop up periscope has been developed to assist with landings/take-offs.

Barbarossa, I will look at displaying aircraft damage messages/stuck control surfaces and hopefully can post a patch to address this issue.

Unfortunately the AFA-40 & S-13 cameras only produce a sound to simulate taking a photo rather than a picture itself. Certainly something to consider implementing in the future but a workaround currently would be to use the PrtScrn button to take a pic.
