gio963tto, ably aided by Mission_Bug, Stalker and DreamK, has created another fantastic hangar full of superb vintage aircraft from a bygone age.  The Dawn of Flight.

We cannot thank you enough but do hope to pay tribute and do some justice with these aircraft as part of the amazing 412 CUP.

Gotha bomber - gio963tto

Absolutely marvelous gio963tto, thanks also to Mission_Bug, Stalker and DreamK.

Avro 504 - gio963tto
The Avro 504 family is another example of a superb project perfectly at home in 412 CUP.  We have the weapons, the static models, everything is there.  Big thanks to Gio, Stalker and Mission_bug for producing and developing these amazing aircraft.

Ansaldo S.V.A -5 / -10 - gio963tto
https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,50669.0.html
The famous Ansaldo SVA was designed as fighter, rejected by the fighter pilots and diverted to reconnaissance.  Its high speed makes interception very difficult.  3 variants are included.

Bleriot 11 - Aviaskins Team
I don't know the full details of which modders made the Bleriot 11.  Its from Aviaskins and the model is on general release.  I would certainly like to congratulate them on a fantastic aircraft.  The Aviaskins Bleriot 11 is a remarkable piece of detailed modelling.  From the earliest days of flight really, it would represent one of the very first practical flying machines!

New static objects + retextures package - MAX_TheHitman + Geezer's New Airfield Objects
Thanks to SAS~GJE52, Ranwers, Geezer and all of the 3d modellers responsible for these wonderful creations.

Upgrade Why Don't You?
I hope my WWI campaigns, and others, will continue to demonstrate the real possibilities and advantages of the advanced fully functioning 412 CUP mission environment.

DOF is a joy to play. It is simply stunning how beautiful these canvas knights are, and your WWI campaigns Monty are pure genius! Thanks a lot for putting together part 13!

Really enjoying re-visiting and finishing off more campaigns.  Currently everything is being patched and re-tested, with all the new objects and aircraft.   :)

WOW! Thank you very much Monty!
I've been very busy just trying to keep on pace after your 'update Tour de Force'.
I've made just a brief glimpse on the new features, but all them look terrific.

Concerning the problem I described about the Nieuport 11 in your DOF campaigns, I've replaced it by the Nieuport 10 and I'm testing its performance. N-10 is rather slow (10 or 20 km/h slower than N-11 in straight flight), so your missions become a bit more challenging. I had to decrease the Zeppelin speed in the first mission of 'Eastern front' and I've been unable to chase it yet. I will have to make it even slower. However, I like the cockpit of the weaker model much more than that of N-11. I suppose it is a matter of tastes.

So now I have to versions of your campaign: the original 'Eastern front' and the 'Eastern front' for Nieuport 10 (this later still needs some work to take into account the disadvantages of the Nieuport-10).

By the way, I've found a mistake in the WWI skin pack. In the way they are arranged, you cannot select the skins for the Nieuport 10.
There is a simple solution though. In the PaintSchemes>Skins folder look for the "nieu-scout_2_mkic" folder. Inside this, there are 22 skins and an empty folder called "Nieuport10". I just copied the 22 skins and placed them inside the emtpy folder. Then I moved this "Nieuport10" folder (with the newly copied skins) to the Skin folder. Now you have the same skins available for Nieuport 10 and Nieuport 11.
Maybe just renaming the "nieu-scout_2_mkic" to "Nieuport10" makes the trick, but I preferred to keep the original folder just in case.

Thank you again!

Excellent work Bob.  How do you feel about integrating these changes into the main campaign downloads?  I don't need to do the same work twice then.  Can you upload to mediafire?  Let me review and re-pack the material for Campaigns-Part-4 and then we all know where we are.

I have been working on later German campaigns, DVIIs and such, so it will nice to  get them all together.

Naturally you get full credit for your contribution!  I just ask that you don't keep it to yourself!   :)

Can't wait to start building a new campaign using this....

Been thinking of some obscure Ace with 20 kills... just pick one and start doing research (I almost like that as much as building the campaign)

Obscurity can be a relative term.  How about Keith Park?

As a New Zealand non-commissioned officer, he participated in the landings at Gallipoli in April 1915, going ashore at Anzac Cove. In the trench warfare that followed, Park's achievements were recognized and in July 1915 he gained a commission as second lieutenant. He commanded an artillery battalion during the August 1915 attack on Suvla Bay and endured more months of squalor in the trenches. At this time Park took the unusual decision to transfer from the New Zealand Army to the British Army, joining the Royal Horse and Field Artillery.  Park was evacuated from Gallipoli in January 1916 and was shipped to France to take part in the Battle of the Somme. Here he learned the value of aerial reconnaissance, noting the manner in which German aircraft were able to spot Allied artillery for counter-fire and getting an early taste of flight by being taken aloft to check his battalion's camouflage. On 21 October 1916, Park was blown off his horse by a German shell. Wounded, he was evacuated to England and medically certified "unfit for active service,".  After a brief remission recovering from his wounds, recuperating and doing training duties at Woolwich Depot, he joined the Royal Flying Corps (RFC) in December 1916.
After a spell as an instructor (March 1917 to the end of June) he was posted to France and managed a posting to join 48 Squadron, at La Bellevue (near Arras), on 7 July 1917. Within a week the squadron moved to Frontier Aerodrome just east of Dunkirk. Park flew the new Bristol Fighter (a two-seat biplane fighter and reconnaissance aircraft) and soon achieved successes against German fighters, earning, on 17 August, the Military Cross for "conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty", after shooting down an enemy aircraft and causing the destruction of three others with Arthur Noss as his gunner. He was promoted to temporary captain on 11 September. After a break from flying. Park returned to France as a major to command 48 Squadron.  Here he showed his ability as a tough but fair commander.  By war's end he had earned a bar to his Military Cross, the Distinguished Flying Cross and the French Croix de Guerre. His final tally of aircraft claims was five destroyed and 14 (and one shared) "out of control".  He was also shot down twice during this period.

Of course during WW2 he was an Air Vice Marshal,  in command of No. 11 Group RAF, responsible for the fighter defence of London and southeast England, during the Battle of Britain.  He might have been a little less obscure by then.
