I already asked this some time ago but did not get any answer, so here I go again hoping someone can help me ;-)

I'm using CUP 22 and manually enabled 2ecranwide so that I have naturally a wide screen.
when I enable VisualMOD V9 in JSGM I have all the enhancements of the Mod but I lose the wide screen.

I tried suppressing 2widewcreen and enabling VisualMOD V9 but to no avail.

maybe there is a point I'm missing in VisualMOD V9 and how to use it ?

could someone please help me?

I don't get the point.
CUP is IL-2 4.12.2, where widescreen is available per default.
What do you need Ecranwide for?

hooo!! I didn't know it was it was available per default!!  is ti in CUP or 4.12.2?  but if I don't put ecranwide in every folders (DOf, TGA,etc) I keep having a small screen. I must be missing something!! I'm going to make tests!!!
is there any activation of the default widescreen to do?

Widescreen support in 4.12 comes with the stock game, you can select the appropriate resolution etc. in the ingame menus.
If that doesn't help, simply setup your screen resolution in conf.ini manually.
It's been explained a few hundred times on this forum already.

ooops my fault entirely!!
I don't know what I messed but probably not a clean 4.12.2 when I installed CUP some months ago

I am reconstructing a new CUP from a real vanilla 4122 and... yes I now have a wide screen directly in the stock game!!

yep, and with stock game it works perfectly, but with CUP I've experienced a strange problem: attempts to change resolution through ingame menu results in CTD, and changing res through conf.ini results in changing of dpi, but it doesn't affect actual resolution with aspect ratio remaining 4:3 with black zones at left and right of the screen
