Try the attached fix.
unzip and copy the folder into your WAW dir.

Thank you very much, it works! Ok, sometimes this old trick(!!!!!) is all that is needed to make it work. I played for a few hours with the hier and be sure that was not a hier file problem, I tried then to put the meshes into the "aircraft options" folder, but then nothing...thankfully the fix is very simple.
