No problems with the MiGs in (my) CUP, but it seems Barbarossa confirms there may be a case here. The bomb loop stops precisely after 25 drops. Missiles work fine.

The bug you are talking about unlimited ammo might come from Engine MOD 2.7.1w side Select bomb function imported from 4.13.2m.

I'll try to update Engine MOD's that function to fix the problem.
