This is FYI....i tried installing the jet for CUP(followed the instructions for CUP).  CTD afterward at 60%.  Disabled it from JSGME, CTD again.  Deleted the PLANE PROPERTIES and AIR INI.  CUP works again fine then i completely deleted the F-5 folder from JSGME.

it should work. It does for me anyway.

So use this weapon pack instead of the two in the instruction?  and Plane and Air line,  is there a specific line i should put them or in alphabetical order will do?

I did a second attempt and it's still CTD.  It must be the AIR and PLANE line(Im doing COPY and PASTE from the instruction). Maybe im putting it in the wrong spot. 

It's all good now. F-5 is working in my CUP.  Thanks

In addition, the missile does not lock.  It just fly straight ahead.  Is it just me or anybody have the same issue?  Friendly AI's are able to lock and make hits.

First generation Sidewinders AIM-9B and next AIM-9D~J didn't have Head-On locking capability in historical.
Pilots have to sit his Jets after enemy's rear side before firing AIM-9s.
Those features are (even not completed) implemented in today's JetEra and Engine MOD.

Hello Western.  If that is how it is programmed in this game (missile behavior) then i will practice more and accept the fact.  But missile behavior in F-5 AI is different.  I ordered my wingman to attack the bogey. my wingman launch the missile while the bogey is flying perpendicular to us and my AI wingman made a hit ( i made the attack order once the enemy was detected head on and the enemy veered left) the bogey blew up in front of us on 90 degree direction.

no argument on this one.  it's just FYI.  if it cannot be fixed, it's ok with me.  im grateful if it can be fixed.

Your story is heard like AI and its missile targeting have to be fixed in the future.  :-X
