BAT AV-8 / Carriers spawn / FOV issues

Greetings,

I have been testing bat online and it works really great, but I have some tiny bugs I'll list here, maybe I'm not the only one here having them :





- I can't spawn on carriers (tried many of them) in multiplayer when I'm hosting a mission, it says wait for confirmation..., and nothing happens, the other players can spawn and use them correctly.
The only thing I can do if I want to spawn on carrier is enabling airspawn if deck is full, and it will allow me to spawn on the deck correctly with no other problems or issues.


-I'm using a slider axis as zoom and is working great in HSFX, TFM and CUP.
When the slider is in max or min value if I'm switching to external view or cockpit view, the fov goes crazy like this




if I move the axis just a bit the fov goes back in place

The fly-by view is not affected by this
I've even tried with someone's conf.ini who wasn't bothered by this fov issues, but nothing changes

I've applied all expension packs and looked to readmes,
and my user folder was a copy paste from the TFM / CUP wich are running without this problem

(Edit : I can't remember if it was already doing this before I add the BATengine MOD_RETRO)

(Edit (again :P) : I don't have this issue with the Jet Age module... I may be wrong but I know tiger sounds mod got many problems with cockpits, views and stuff like this in the past)

(Moar edit : I just tried to set Flyby=0 in the confi.ini and the fov problem disapeared, maybe fov limits are corrupted or something, it was not doing this on CUP.
So if anyone got better ideas, I'll stick to this

So what remains is just another one of the many "Tiger Flyby" issues?

I would like to add, for the benefit of the technically challenged like myself, that Flyby=0 goes at the end of the Mods section of your config.ini. If you don't have a Mods section you can make one by adding [Mods] at the end of your config.ini but leave a blank line after the entry before. You will see that other sections of the config.ini are similarly separated.

I also had this view distortion problem and Flyby=0 seems to have solved it immediately. Anyway, after BATEP06 it will be history.

IN MISSION BUILDER
Check the box that says ''spawn in the air if carrier deck is full'' this will solve the problem in carrier ops....when you cant get on the deck in multi play....hope this helps...
