a What if land and Sea War with China/North Korea
« on: February 01, 2017, 10:27:46 AM »

Well since the Nimitz is almost done I will start to finish this 35 mission campaign which involves U.S. Japan and South Korea vs China North Korea I presume Simon will add this ship very quickly to bat if not will do it in cup I have added the man made islands that is a sore spot right now as the focal point in today's news also might include the 14 and 15 jets I made for which I will send to Simon to install in bat with the Nimitz. There is ground war and pounding fighters and bombers taking off from land bases and the carriers. right now using the slant carriers we have in the game for now but the Nimitz will finish hopefully will be done before I get done. Has normal 2 weeks right now it is being made in bat

I really hope this doesn't happen in real life, but it sounds very interesting for IL-2.

What jets are you referring to?  :)

update
the air/sea war will be 50 missions air to air and ground pounding
also their will be 3 separate campaigns from land 1 in South Korea/Japan/guam/wake involving birds that is not used from carriers and each one will be around 20-30 each.
and there will be 2 land campaigns from china and north Korea if you want to be on that side.
also I sea from china involving their new ski jump carrier by using the one we have and just might have Russia in there somewhere still in the air on that one.
will be using birds that I am designing but has not named so far besides what I have stated in early post.
the air sea war will be first done since most is already there.

Its a weird one all right.  History is one thing but I remember War-Gaming ''what-if' scenarios in LOMAC some years ago and then seeing those very things actually happen across the Caucasus!

Any campaign is a balance of ideas, and facts, to present a series of encounters.  I'm sure your set will be very interesting to fly...

Really looking forward to this campaign (especially if there's an F-14 in an upcoming BAT expansion?).

U.S. Japan and South Korea vs China North Korea
You did it right: America first - but remember it's pronounced "Gina" 8)
The whole idea is so damn politically incorrect, I love it :D

Best regards - Mike

Yup I am so incorrect love it Thanks for the kind words

Now for the update the 1st set of fifty is almost ready just ironing out some bugs with the 14 and 15 right now a few small problems have sunk the carrier 3 times taking off with the 14 so far not bad. The islands that China has built in real life is giving fits on map as boats are skipping along and crashing into them or grounding a small moot point getting it thru.
The other ones are being worked on too a little at a time R.L. is a bear right now dipping into my spare time till retirement not far away
So as time gives not long from now but longer than 2 weeks
