Real Follow Mode. question

Hi all and in particular Epervier, just a question, I wonder if there's something like the "real follow me" mod by benitomuso to be used in 4.09   I know that this particular mod, included in the bigger visual mod by Benitomuso is intended for later versions of the game but I wonder if it is possible to use it in 4.09
