Hahahahahaha, set in our ways yes, thick never. Just a few thousand braincells missing, from what we used to have. 

If you open the NN folder in your 1946 install.

Then open the zip file, you can then just drag the whole  Middle East 1943 folder from the zip into the NN folder.

I hope you get it working, ol' Navy.
