Okay I think I found the thing that caused problems for some.

The skins provided are in HD! (2048x2048) If you placed them in the correct folder but can't load them but only the default one, that means your BAT is not configured correctly!

and check the opening post for this section:

Follow the instructions and you should be able to see HD skins.

Also you may want to download my v2.0 from 1st post, I made a crude quick-fix in the skins for a mapping inconsistency on the tail rudder.
