Hi~ Everyone~~~~~

I've been going through some reference material and photos of China Campaign these days, when I found that the current F11C mod still has room to improve. First I must appreciate Skipper and RealDarko for their excellent work of the F11C based on the Avia B-534.However, I believe we can get much closer to a more accurate F11C-2 appearance by modifying 101tfs and Birdman's Curtiss Hawk III or Gio's Nakijama A2N fighter. (Which are also absolute masterpieces) For the former was basically an advanced version of F11C and the latter produces a very similar look to F11C .

I think that we may have a better chance to recreate F11C based on 101tfs and Birdman's marvelous Curtiss Hawk III, for it basically shares the fundamental  fuselage structure with F11C , but with a different engine cowling and a deepened belly to install the retractable undercarriage. I'm not a modder myself , but I really appreciate those who bring us so many wonderful birds .I don't know how difficult it is to fix the 3D ?but I still want to make a request for a better Curtiss F11C-2 . It basically involves reshaping the fore fuselage , getting a new single-row 600hp Wright R-1820-78 radial engine , a new engine cowling, flattening the fore belly with a fixed landing gear and a drop tank or square external tank. Finally, upper wings should be moved a little bit backwards , more wires and struts have to be added.
That's my idea about refurbishing the 3D of the Curtiss F11C , I don't know if it is practical enough for someone to adapt it into practice. I also have some pictures here for reference . As a Chinese myself, this bird definitely played an important role in our history of millitary  aviation. Hope that we can do it.

 For administrators:
If you think my suggestion is a good one, may be you can help me move this post to Request section (^_^)Thanks~

                 Cheers!

I am really that glad "WE" can ..... except that I expect "we" has nothing to do with it ....

.. in other words this is simply a request for someone else to make it for you .. and therefore will be probably be treated as such.

Then offer your services to a 3d guy who needs a slot and a flight model creating and perhaps he will also help you.

Not a huge leap of logic is it really ......... and that way we all win ....

This project has been sitting idle for many years. It was made into other things because of various reasons most of which
was I did not want to waste that much time for something I thought would be purpose built at any time. Rework the wings
and some other cosmetics and it could pass for a franken HawkII. I tested the P12E's cockpit and class in it along with
other things.
