Heres something to reference when creating werk numbers for fictional skins like your 'Black 4' (scroll down to the bottom to see Werk numbers allotted to Ta152's)

Thanks Phas3e. I was only going by existing Werk Nummers that was assigned to 152H's. I didn't think that the C's would be in the 700000 mark.

The 2 skins altered thanks to Phas3e in pointing out Werk Nummers for 152C production lines. The all metal 152 will also have a weathered substitute.
