XBOX ONE and HOTAS Head view

Hello!

I dont have TrackIR or camView. I cant use that control with XboxOne Controller. It has two analog sticks ideal for 1.view arround and 2.flying.
In setting is only option for second analog stick to just head move not view arround. Is really anoing.

PLease is possible to configure that?? Thank you for that solution.
