I'm also hoping for a skywarrior someday, perhaps you can make the request in the appropriate section. I skinned the army version of the p2 Neptune 'crazy cats' used in Vietnam used for signal intel but I know it doesn't compare to the faster moving jammers like the B66. You can find the skin here in the skin shop section.

if you do a careful search you will find a long list of ex Alphasim stuff that was released free to the public to do with as they wish. I'm fairly certain that there is an EB-66 in this list...

Only like an 'Eye Candy' or 'Mannequin Doll' , those aircrafts can fly IL-2 1946 sky only with making its 3D model / 2D skin texture and basic classfile slot.

(works in progress one of Ranwers' project .... need more some months to publish , or a bit longer ? )

If you want also "Real electronic warfare effect against enemy's radars and guided missiles" , that's heavily hard.
No one has succeeded such miracle in IL-2 1946.
