Youtube Video - Night flying over Slovakia with lights, music and a forest fire.

Mit ein wenig Waldbrand!
I added lights to the Slovakia Map for A Little Night Flying - with a forest fire and music by Mozart.
This is not hi def, unfortunately,  for those of you that like your movies big.

WOA!! THIS IS COOL!!

Ive seen smoke and bird flock effects in IL2, but this is new to me, thats really cool. I'm assuming these are in BAT.

You guys are gonna hate me..
Although I'm rather new to the Mod community and I just downloaded the VP Mod-pack ( awesome )
But this is done with the un-modded version - 1946 pacific fighters.
It's just the different lights, flames ( fires ) and different types of smoke placed meticulously on the Slovakia map.
Here's a night landing in the SM-79 - same mission.

It's a pity we have no water bomber in IL-2 to extinguish those fires. I worry about Slovakian timber industry!  8)

Ahh, Dimlee! Water Bombers!! That leads me to inform you..I plan on hitting some of the expert  modders HERE in SAS up for a mod.
I think we can substitute the Splash Geyser animations for bombs..if it can be coded to put out a flame object - and maybe turn the smoke white after the drop - but we would need fire trucks, hot shot human figures as well as hoses and heavy equipment for the ground.
I live in California..we see these planes and helicopters in action all the time and they are heroic.
