SOLVED! View Static cameras
« on: August 10, 2017, 01:09:38 AM »

When you make a mission with a large number of a/c it is a PITA to cycle through all enemy a/c before getting to the static cams.
Would it be possible to have static cams show first, before enemy a/c?

I'm not 100% sure but if you set the static cameras to 'neutral' (instead of blue or red) and use Shift-C (not sure if you have to program the keys), then you should get just the static cameras.

The cameras do not belong to any camp! No Neutral, no Blue, no Red !
There is a Mod which allows to put the camera on all the objects but it is necessary to enter the name of the object in the console of the game. Not easy but effective!

Epervier;
sorry to disagree but (at least in HSFX) you can assign a colour to a Static Camera.  It's not "Neutral" as I originally stated but "None" or one of the many colours of opposing sides.
Here's a screenshot...

I did not know that HSFX had that possibility.  :-X

I not see your screenshot !
Please use another site than Photobucket ... few people can see your screens.

I didn't have the photobucket issue until now.  Any recommendations for a new pic hosting site?

UPDATE:  signed on to IMGUR and edited previous post above.  Haven't figured out how to 'embed' the pic in the post yet.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE:  figured it out, LOL  ;)

You don't mention what version you have but introduced in 4.12 (I think - I never used 4.11) is what you're looking for - jumping right to the static cameras. Look on the control page for a control input for "Stationary Camera View" at the bottom of the "Views" section; bind a key control to that.

Hope this helps.
