Kind of good thinking, I miss that in DCS choppers. But it simply is doomed from the start. it is optional, no one gonna use it in MP since it obstruct view. I think it is quite realistic while standing still and the sidewindow when moving. But way too much in the frontscreen

Oh yes, the animation on ground while standing still is quite fine.
But when flying with 200km/h and more, you will definitely not have this "wave" style waterfront on the windscreen, unless it's raining slimy acid.

Best regards - Mike

But on the other side, effects like this was something I never thought I would see, because of limitation on peoples hardware. Like the mirrors they have, really little to no impact on fps at all. And this is a good thing. But I think something like this is a novelty that people never gonna use, like in real life we like to drive in dry condition

Well I like the efford, but sadly a simulator based on Multiplayer are more reliant to its community than the software in my opinion. There is a lot of serious devoted simmers there, but it do not take many to ruin the atmosphere and make it a Warthunder eldorado. And this is what is happening
