Carriers with deck crews?

Can anyone tell me: do we now have deck crews for all carriers in WAW & JTW expansions?

I ask because while I see crews on the more modern jet carriers (like the Nimitz) other carriers such as Korean theatre carriers (like Boxer & Valley Forge) do not have crews on their decks. I haven't checked all WAW carriers yet.

Is this ok, or is there problem with my install?

I run BAT including latest Angels High expansion & Service Pack.
