Phase 1

This patch contains:

New and correctly working gunsight for MiG-15 and 17.

Fuel gauge values corrected to the texture, so you can have a better idea of how much fuel you have. Also translated between kg and litres.

Radio-altimeter working now. Has two ranges, you can change it through misc 8. One is 0-120, second is 0-1200. It also takes into account plane's attitude.

Attitude indicator now works correctly (up/down indication)

When going into transsonic speeds, gauges do not freeze but instead start reading out errorneous numbers, just like in real life.

Instalation:
You can both overwrite your current install (add appropriate lines) or make this a fresh install.
Prerequisities same to 1.4; .ini and .properties lines unchanged too.

Well, you do not necessarily need to, it works with any 4.12 version. But that would be through auto-updater and with respective ModAct.
(But hey, could have made a mistake with name - simply the most recent 4.12)
