Navalized P-47 Take Two
« on: January 23, 2018, 11:23:28 AM »

This is the rebirth of an old plane by SAS~Riken and CWatson from 2013 .   https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,34396.0.html  Requested by Gatrasz to have some Russian loadouts so I added the FAB 250 and 500.

CWatson and I reworked the classfiles, meshes and loadouts to bring this plane a little more up to date.

We hope you all will enjoy it.

I can ask CWatson if he knows how to fix it or if someone can help, let us know.

Thank you so much for this one ! I hope that the wing damage problem will find a solution, anyway it's a big enhancement to the first take of this what-if plane :) You added weapons I did not imagine, and that opens a large field of possibilities to make BAT and the FMB give the better from their magic powers.

I'll definitely try to finish my special P-47DN campaign soon to make it available as a response. It could take me 2 weeks at least ;)

There was a small mistake on the hier.him file with the last update. The wing pylons were left out. :) Now they are fixed in the new lin in the first post.

Tyger over at the FM site noticed the bombs were not dropping correctly and CWatson sent me a fix.

New link in first post.

Thank you Tyger for your feedback. :)

Thank you Charles for the fix.  :)

Hello Bombsaway and all involved,

the P-47DN Seabolt runs flawless in my old 4.10 & DBW & UV3!

But, change the name from the skin folder to P-47DN (not P_47DN).

Thank you very much.

Best regards, Gerhard  :)

Hi ! Slowly progressing on my "Seabolt" campaign ; I had just shot down a pair of Me-163 in northern Germany, when I noticed this little bug in the markings display on the upper (only) starboard wing... Same thing with Netherlands markings or any other one, so I suspect a mirrored layer  :P
