Night fighting with the P-61 Black Widow

Does the p-61 Black Widow have radar on it, or are only German night fighters capable of that in the current version of B.A.T.? Also, can I switch positions with the other crew members?
I have looked for this info. but was unable to find it. Thank you for the help.
