I inow. I have downloaded the 322 o pack the other day, and installed it with correct lines... game starts without problem, but when I select the plane in arming screen of QMB, I only have a blue screen... I also have seen there is no summer folder (with the usual 3 tga's and the tgb). As it works for you, I wonder what I am doing wrong...

Also, I see 2 different lines for air.ini :

BV-138B air.BV138B     2     g01 summer      and
BV138    air.BV138B     2     g01 SUMMER

which one is correct ?

EDIT

Finally, I got it working (with or without Inductor) using this line :

BV-138B                     air.BV138B                       2         g01   summer

in BAT-WOW.

By the way... isn't this plane supposed to have a rear turret, in addition to the upper rear gunner position ?

We can see the 2 rear positions, 1 just behind engine, and turret lower, just near the wing (click on image for better view)...

You could take and clone the front turret and put it on the back. It would sit over the hatch and no one could see the hatch.

Dear all,
the modders from Aviaskins do a splendid job.
Skins for the Rapîd, a lovable aircraft, are flourishing like crocus during spring. The cockpit is adequate but a little too modern. There is a downloadable Dragon Rapide on a site named Fly Away Simulation adapted for Microsoft Flight Simulator X. Maybe it could be borrowed or am I too naive?
I also tried to install the BV138B and BV138MS in my BAT WAW game but they don't appear, maybe Gaston could help me?
BTW on the site of Aviaskins, there is a single mission inspired by the book of Saint-Exupéry "Flight to Arras"," Pilote de guerre" very nice mission.

Yes, it's turret MGFF, probably a field modification, the rear machine gun is not enough, but there enter hatch? :o

I do not think it is a field modification, as this rear turret appears in many 3-views blueprints... anyway, I can live without it ! LOL

Tartenmuche...

Use this line in air.ini when installing the plane :

BV-138B                     air.BV138B                       2         g01   summer

as indicated before, and it will work. Just remember, it is not flyable !

Of course, do not forget to drop the plane's folder in yopur BAT too ! LOL

After, BV-138 or 138MS is an option which implicates to add other indicated lines in plane's hier.him.

Exclasmation mark means it is NOT flyable, only AI.

So... I have been playing a while with the BV-138B, adding to it the turret of the MS.

First, I added those lines from the MS to the B hier.him :

but I am missing (probably) the

collision objects, which I can't find in any of the 2 planes...

Once installing all this in the game, game loads fine, plane too. But there is a problem with the rotation of the rear turret : it faces to the rear (normal), but when enemy near, it is able to rotate completely to the front (unlike on the MS), meaning the MG is inside the fuselage.

And it does not shoot too...

Have I done something wrong ? Funny to say, but... it is first time I am modifying a modded plane by myself ! LOL
