For some reason they don’t want to take off from aircraft carriers. Am I the only one having this problem?

Yes, i think so.
My configuration fo take off: 4.10, #SAS, 45 km/h speed CV, also you can setting headwind. But only bomb loading. I was crash with a torpedo.

The problem is that planes don't take off under AI guidance. Even with bombs, one of the entire flight takes off on its own, the rest turn on board and fall from the flight deck. With Ryujo, a torpedo takeoff is not possible. But the squadron on Ryujo in 1933 consisted of 5 A1N1 fighters and 12 B1M2 bombers. In 1934, the composition of the squadron changed, and B3Y1 torpedo bombers appeared in its ranks. I would really like to use them in historical missions. Sincerely. Google translation

In the first post it is stated that FM needs tweaking and Vasya mentioned working on it but he didn't post a link.

The airplane models themselves are very good. Thanks to everyone who participates in this project. We'll wait.

My test results...
   1. Test environment : 4.12.2m, BAT 4.2 TGA
   2. Ship : IJN_CV_Ryujo_1942 by tvister
   3. Plane :  B2M1, 7 units (only 7 units can be placed on the deck)
   4. Armament : 1 torpedo mounted
   5. Using AI Carrier Takeoff Mod : 'AI_CarrierTakeOff_v533 for 4.12' (But, This mod did not significantly affect take-off because the main role is to allow AI to use catapults)
   6. Using chocks crew mod

Result : it looked a little hard, but the whole planes took off safely. When the armament was in default state, they took off easily.

- if you look at the screenshot wide, you can see planes flying well in the distance.

PS 1: The weather part of the tested mission
   [WEATHER]
   WindDirection 0.0
   WindSpeed 0.0
   Gust 8
   Turbulence 3

PS 2 : But, the problem was landing. Hook can't hang wires at all. Still, it lands well on deck. However, after landing, it twists and falls 100% into the sea or explodes on the side.
