In editing A-4 skyhawk external 3d model .... today leading edge slats.

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,54536.0.html

I find not few polygon mesh are duplicated.
After I choose and rebuild one set of shaped polygons , many polygons left.
They are not a set of Front and Back faces. I use "Ignore Backfacing" function in 3ds Max to pick-up polygons , both polygons are Front ones.
And also not different materials' polygons. slatL_D0.msh and slatR_D0.msh 's LOD0 models use only one material Gloss1D0o.
Once I doubt triangle separation edges difference, but they are same triangle separated .... so just equal polygon mesh.

Chosen shaped polygons of LOD0 I want to use.

Duplicated needless polygons.

I imported slatL_D0.msh and slatR_D0.msh models into 3ds Max by .... MshConverterEX (.msh --> .3ds) and 3ds Max's .3ds import function.
A possibility MshConverterEX's trouble ? not original .msh file contains just the duplication.

So, I want to ask ....
- How to know from where those duplicated polygons come ? original .msh ? MshConverterEX ?
- When original .msh 's ones, some easy ways to get rid of them before converting / importing .3ds and Max ?
