BTW: you can have perfect mode with an intel gpu in linux if you run the game with the command "MESA_EXTENSION_OVERRIDE=GL_ATI_fragment_shader wine il2fb.exe".
This tricks the game into assuming you have an ATI gpu, thus enabling perfect mode (if your gpu is recent enough).

I bought it in 2015 something like that

You don´t really need a powerful PC for using the IL2-1946.
My PC is about 10 years old  BUT, I suggest to invest into buying a nice NVIDIA GeForce graphics card with
cooling fans. Just this alone will help you have a very good looking game  My version is also old and
very cheap, but still wokrs and the graphics are superb.

should work on all desk-top computers (not portables) that will allow installing extra components.

It seems your Acer Aspire "all-in-one PC" is not good for upgrading with extra stuff. Unless you find
a graphics card that will fit into that little box.

BUT you have to remember that the IL2-1946 does not need a Top of the Line graphics card

So apparently the image you've posted doesn't depict your Acer AIO PC, instead it's just some Acer AIO PC.
In order to help further, we'd need to know exactly which PC model you have.

I checked the price on French site its possible to get it aroud 40-50 euro so what im gonna do is buy a desktop pc  that will as you say ,allow extra stuff and ill buy the same model of card you have. this will make the perfect mod enable and will improve the ingame graphic.

How many FPS you have ? (in IL-2)  did she works fine ?

I've once had a 550Ti too, works great in IL-2 1946 up to FullHD (1080p) resolution.
In perfect mode you get stable 60FPS except for big cities.
I've forwarded the card to Simon when I bought a GTX 970, I guess Simon's using it to the date.
