Maybe that adds the missing common utilitity classfiles or you'll have to install that separately for this and many other planes.

That's exactly the culprit, however it has not been forgotten in the release post, it's rather that the mod ships with a readme which no one reads, but that's a given these days I guess.

            Get the latest SAS Common Utils here, it works for any base game version and causes no conflicts

that explains some things that didn't work in the past. The folder structure of the "SAS_common_utils_113" already shows me that it is unusable for me.

Many years ago I had nothing to do with the "#SAS" folder.

With my #DBW, I was always happy and satisfied without this #SAS clutter, which was sure to make sense.

The last "SAS_common_Utils" folder in my #DBW modsfolder will be 112 then.  ;)

I never paid attention to Great War and the Jets either - prop planes until 1945 - that's all that makes me happy!

All is ok!

SAS Common Utils is probably the least intrusive mod ever.
There's no overlap with anything else in the game.
Just put the "! SAS Common Utils" folder to your mods folder - be it "#SAS", "#DBW", "#UP#", "#WAW3", "#SlapMeAndCallMeShirley" or whatever else.
Then add the "SAS Common Utils.dll" file to your game's main folder and that's it.
No worries, nothing else to do.
No issues either, it's backward compatible with anything in the IL-2 world from day one and will stay so until I die.

oh, you made my day!  8)

With your very good (nonsense - perfect) instruction, I have been flying the Me-264 for more than two hours. As you know: bk is not a fan of bombers.

The Avro Lancaster was an exception at the time (that's why I made so many skins for this aircraft).

Flying the Me-264 now will be fun for many days to come!

Many thanks also to Birdman - it's great how quickly help is available here!

In my #DBW modsfolder I have "Common Utils", "Common Utils_111" and "Common Utils_112" - no idea when and why I missed "Common Utils_113".
