Some template

When I did the KEK-15 campaign, I added a lot of facilities such as train stations, supply dumps, barracks, and the like to the map. I've taken out all the WWI stuff, and just left all the facilities for players to bomb, recconoitre, or defend. There's a copy with the front markers removed so it could be used for France 1940 too. I'll put it up on M4T if anyone is interested.

OK, I'll upload it soon. Most of those on M4T are really old, and many links are dead. There aren't any for BAT. I can do a partial one for the Solomons, based on the later stages of OperationCartwheel too.
