I am really impressed with the quality of the work in the BAT. Congratulations.
I just installed 3.4 Linebreak, and after checking everything, I detected a line for the USS Langley AV3 in the chief ini, but I do not know how to access that ship.
Is it available for the game? How do you access it? (I removed the // from the entry line and fell to 60%).

It is commented out for a reason.
It is not available, hence the CTD. Some mods have conflicts, maybe this was the reason here.
