is this the most upto date addon?  has there been a musketeer 3.51 added or any other update?  also getting a loading landscape error on yoxford boys could this be a conflict in not having 3.51

yes, BAT 3.5 is the latest version.
The Download section has all there is and all you need. A "3.51" does not exist.
For any other specific problem you can post in Tech Help but you need to provide log and more input.
