Greetings everyone!

I know some time ago I said I would be focusing on modding sounds only for the VP ModPack... Well that was a bold-faced lie. Turns out the modding bug bit me a little harder than what I expected, and as a result I came running back to B.A.T., the total transformation for IL-2 that got my gears running when I first booted it up!

Introducing VSM - 6.0 - TO THE B.A.T. CAVE Edition!!!

Seeing how much this new flight simulator has grown and expanded, I took it upon myself to revisit the modules and... well... MOD THE S*** OUT OF THEM! Each and every era module has varied and different sounds for their respective aircraft. From the clunky and noisy rattlers of WW1, the more elegant and refined birds of the Golden Age, the growl and screeching hawks of WW2, to the thunderous and ear-shattering jet age. It runs the whole gambit!

Is there anything more I need to add here? No? Well that's good, because words may not do these sounds justice in the slightest. It's almost a whopping 3GBs worth of aural sensation, and with a dead-easy installation. So go ahead and grab your helmets! Start those engines and let the skies come alive with metallic instrumentality!

Just open the BAT - VSM - SoundMod 6.0 folder and drop each #ERA module into your IL-2 BAT installation.

Since IL-2 is a WW2 flight sim by default, #the WAW sound pack should work with any other WW2-based modpacks like UP, SAS, HSFX, DBW, VP, to name a few.

I might one day make a separate #WAW pack in that regard, but as of now I'd much rather encompass ALL of BAT's modules into one singular package so no separate details are left behind with all my fumbling around.
