And here goes another one:
This is a semi-historical, 5-mission mini-campaign, set during the initial onslaught on the Philippines in late 1941. You are a Filipino fighter pilot in the 6th Pursuit Squadron, flying the obsolete Boeing P-26. (In one mission you will fly the Lockheed Super Electra.) Yes, this is probably the only campaign ever made where you get to try on the role of a Filipino pilot! In real life this unit fought valiantly beside the US air units during the Japanese onslaught on the Philippines, but it REALLY had the odds stacked against it. The P-26 is indeed fun to fly, but beware of the Zero's! Converting this campaign to BAT also gave me the opportunity to add many of the great Japanese aircraft connected to the early war years that has been made by modder
gio963otto. Not to mention the total overhaul that BAT and 4.12 brings.
The campaign makes use of several of the randomizing features of the C&C Mod, which means that not only the weather and the time of day will vary, but also the skill of the opponents and their numbers. A single mission will not play out exactly the same, if you repeat it. It is quite possible to fly some of the missions without meeting any opposition at all. (And you better pray that you don't meet any "Zero" fighters whilst flying the obsolete P-26. With a bit of luck, you won't.)
