Here's one, heavy bombers are in many of the missions:

Here's another, this one is B-29's:

They were built with 4.12 VPMod Pack … but I think they fly in B.A.T. as well.

I downloaded your campaign and placed it into the US campaign files as directed.   When the mission starts, the plane falls from approximately one hundred feet to the runway with engines running.  Any ideas if I did something wrong?

Thanks!

I have no idea if this will work with BAT.  It worked for us in HSFX.  It's a dedicated B-17 campaign, 25-missions.
Credit goes to Jackstones.

No, not your fault, probably a flaw in the mission. Aircraft often behaves this way if there is a faulty weapons load-out. Could be fixed using the FMB, if you know how to use it.

@DHumphrey,

I played your campaign and I must say I was impressed.   After reading "Bringing the Thunder" and "Rain of Fire", I see where you got the material for your briefings.   I really enjoy flying the B-29, so much so that I began building my own missions with the editor using the Iwo to Kanto Plain Map, and the B-29 Alley Map.  I really wish there was a map that extended from the Marianas to the entire Japanese archipelago.  I don't know if this is even possible.   I have no idea how to make a map and I feel lucky just to have been able to learn how to use the mission editor.  What are your thoughts?   Regarding a large map as I am suggesting?

Solomons Fortress campaign has 35 missions where you can be a gunner vs Japanese Zeros.

(I couldn't find this campaign in SAS Campaigns so I guess I didn't post it there!)

I have some single-player missions on the Moravian Gate map.  One is for B-17 gunners.
