Just replaced or overwrote my FM file. Can't see any difference in the 37mm cannons. They are still hitting way below the aim point on the reticle. Is there another edited file that corrects this?  Still enjoying this mod and I would like to thank the creators.

Fm has nothing to do with incorrectly installed guns.
Perhaps you need to move the orientation of the cannon hooks.
Please ask the author of the mod!

Wow, this is great, many thanks :)

However, the 187 is a wrong number, it never was assigned to Junkers, but to Focke Wulff. This project was developed under RLM number 287, until it was abandoned.... The mislabelling is quite widespread on the Internet, even the English wiki has it.
The German wiki is correct and even explains how the mislabelling came into being  through some main source book.

a bit of info for the virtual rivet counters ;)

I know this is two years late reply but thank you for this information. I was surprised about this specific aircraft and realized that Focke-Wulf already have number 187 assigned by RLM. I made the correction in AAL, so Ju 187 is now known as Ju 287 Stuka.  I also realize there are two Ju 287s, one project as a propeller dive bomber, and another being a medium bomber with forward sweep wing.  If modder adds Ju 287 jet medium bomber, I will make sure no one get confused between both of Ju 287s in AAL too. I always learn new things everyday.

Cheers!

;D   Taking advantage of the lull in production over the festive season, I thought of equipping 101Tfs' Junkers Ju 187 with some new skins, so I prepared a desert skin, one for the icy Russian winter, and finally I gave to the default skin, a little more contrast, customising it a little. Here they are in a preview, a few more finishing touches and they will be yours before the Epiphany!    8)

Incorrect. The Ju 287 was a prototype four-engine jet bomber with a forward-swept wing.

No, actually very correct.

I just didn't fast-forward to the part where Junkers recycled the old assigned RLM number 287 when they built the jet bomber.

287 was used two times by Junkers. Informally for the above Stuka evolution paper project and the jet bomber as well.
The Stuka never left the drawing board, so the number was never officially "burned", so Junkers simply later re-assigned the same number from their RLM list to a project that went into hardware.

The numbers are not internal Junkers numbers. Those numbers were officially assigned to the manufacturers by the RLM in the form of number blocks from a  list. 287 was a Junkers number, 187 was a Focke-Wulf number (they even built a plane with that number)
