Dornier’s fast transport
« on: July 12, 2019, 05:09:50 PM »

Hi all,

I came across a modeling website and was instantly impressed with a what-if Do 335.

It is a fantastic conversion for a four seat private transport.

Here are the pictures:

There are no shots of the underside of the wing but I can guess that they display the same registration code as the top of the wing.

It has a small entry door on the left side of the fuselage that has a window in it as well as one on either side of it.

The name beneath “Lufthansa” is “Manfred von Richthofen”. The “von” being a smaller font than the other two parts of the name.

I’m not sure what the outside of the cabin door looks like so please feel free to paint it to the best of your ability.

I would like to request someone to create this interesting paint scheme.

I am not looking for a separate mod here, just the paint scheme as shown but with painted on windows.

Sincerely,

James

No one else has.

What kind of template would be sufficient?

I was just looking for any template - couldn’t find one through Google
If I can’t find one I can make one from scratch but the it’ll take longer and the final skin won’t be as good

Edit:  Hold on, I think I found one. Give me a few days on this...

Finished it - will post soon. Do you have the modelmaker’s info so I can give them credit?

The builders name is Martin Sczepan

The site I pulled it from is this one: http://modelingmadness.com/review/axis/luft/scze335p.htm
