Back in 2015, Dixiecapt created an awesome 130 mission campaign for the USMC, spanning 1943 to 1968

Now this campaign is coming to B.A.T in two segments, to be played in WAW and JTW module.  Fly for the Corps over the Philippines and stay alive over the the Jungles of Vietnam....

A 130 mission immersive campaign based on the career of United States Marine Corps pilot from 1943 to 1968. Semper Fi!

This campaign is the culmination of my dream to experince the immersive story of an individuals complete career spanning the golden age of military aviation represented by IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 and its modification Dark Blue World 1.71. One of the unique aspects of this career campaign is the coordination between Mission Development and Map Editing to increase the historical accuracy and rich immersion of this representation the United States Marine Corp's war against first the Empire of Japan in World War Two, followed by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea during the Korean Conflict, and finally the communist forces of North Vietnam. This Career campaign is roughly 130 mission long and spans from 1943 to 1968.

Woof! That is one really BIG campaign, spanning eras! Great to have you salvage this one for the current state of art. There are a number of oldies but goldies lying around, fallen by the wayside, more or less unplayable (I'm not necessarily talking about my own work here) that can be made not only fully playable again but actuelly quite refined, improved, thanks to all these new mods, maps, objects etc that were not around when they originally were built.

I'm really looking forward to flying these missions. As a long-time admirer of the Slot I've made over two hundred missions for the mythical VMF 227 "Fighting Pumas."

I opened up the mission folder and went through the contents. Man! Some of these missions look huge - 400 KB? I usually stop around 200 KB or so.

Anyway, I also went through the "USMCareerWAW" folder and opened up the "campaign.ini" file to see the order of missions. I noticed that the "s" is missing on "Slot_M18.mi". I'm just telling folks so they can correct that before they get there and have a problem.
