I was not even aware of this plane. Beautiful! I assume from that skin that it was used by the Dutch (among others perhaps) but was it used in the Dutch East Indies by chance?

Yep.  I mean, barely in the DEI.  One can obtain a few for deployment from the literature.  Mainly, they were operated from Darwin.  No fanfare...into oblivion.  A wonderful addition for me because I like to include it into a DEI mission or two.  Remember...though...just barely.  Cheers and prost and great work...

Great! Nice work, as Dutchman always nice to have another dutch plane in the game.  But I have a small problem: When I tried to load this in the game I got a 70% error. I found in both the that  CW22B classfile and the CW22Bxyz classfile the line "FlightModels/CW-22.fmd:CW22_FM". So the game start looking for CW22_FM, where the FM files delivered are called CW22B._FM. So you'd have to change the line in at least the  CW22B classfile to "FlightModels/CW-22.fmd:CW22B_FM", or remake the FM files nand name them  CW22_FM. The first would be the best I Think.

Tested the CW22 in a 409modact with the '-409-412fm' provided and the game crashed at 60% loadup.
Here is the last part of the log file:
Code: [Select]

m_lastFMFile = gui/game/buttons
sFMDir = gui/game/buttons
s1 = flightmodels/iar-81a.fmd
s = FlightModels/IAR-81a.fmd
m_lastFMFile = gui/game/buttons
sFMDir = cw22_fm
s1 = flightmodels/cw-22.fmd
s = FlightModels/CW-22.fmd:CW22_FM
m_lastFMFile = gui/game/buttons

Hope this can be fixed, it would be a great addition to my South Pacific install.

Note,
forgot to mention that I did try it in my 412modact and the game crashed at
60% loadup('NullPointerException')

The CW22B Falcon was used in Java by the Dutch mainly as a trainer then during the Japanese attack it was pressed into service for recon duties. It was even equipped with a 50kg bomb which it dropped on the invasion forces. Has the model we use in Flashpoint BAT ever had the bomb added?

I ask because Von and I are working on a Dutch campaign and we would like to use the CW22B as part of the defence forces in the bombing mode.

Quote
Property.set(class1, "FlightModel", "FlightModels/CW-22.fmd:CW22_FM");

CW-22.fmd cannot be read by the game in the CW22B_FM file.
ntrkwizard.jar 2007 and 2013 do not open CW22B_FM file.  :-[

The CW22B does actually fly in BAT Flashpoint and is flyable. Even the rear gunner works. It does not however have any bombload. I am not sure if the FM is accurate but is probably based on the CW21B fighter. The latter is an equal opponent to the Ki43-1 Oscar.
