Hello everyone,

I have been searching for the asnwers and is unable to find it.

I am confused by the instruction about "Arm" folder.  Do I have to put it into 3do folder in each PBJ folder?

Cheers

Yes, you put a copy of the Arms folder in each of the PBJ/3do folders that you want to install
in your game.

Ah I see!  Thank you!  Now that my IL-2 1946 is running smoothly, I am going to give it a try again by installing add-on aircraft to BAT.  I will be using JSGME to install add-on and see if it still make my IL-2 1946 BAT still run smoothly.

Don't do that, never.

Single Slot Install:
PBJ 1C + Arms 1x

Merged or unmerged complete Install:
PBJ All + Arms 1x

There's just one folder to be read, and that's the first in Hierarchy, since you
copy the sole existing you create simply dump.
Folder Hierarchy matters, if default BAT classes are to be changed, needed, place before.
If they are completely new to BAT, you can store behind safely. Files, 3-D or Java.
We do force just necessary stuff to load in priority.

I use this together with rest of the B-25 Mods, though I can't remember if I had to fix stuff.
Must unzip my SFSs to give you an answer.

Thank you, I was thinking of the same thing.  When I flew modded IL-2 1946 + BAT with B-25, PBY family, B-17F Update, and SDB pack, IL-2 1946 FPS dropped significantly.

This had to be related to the dumps.  hence, I will follow your examples by merging all plane's file into one folder and insert arm file there.

I will merge only if each folders have non-duplicated files.  F

UPDATE: I have a question, I noticed that there are same files in both PBJ_H1 and PBJ_H1C folder.  Is it okay to overwrite the file?  Both files have an exact same file size and date.

Looks like I am having problems running BAT with this mods.  I am still figuring out what is causing slow down (Low FPS) when PBJ pack is installed.  Here is the list of mods I installed in BAT with smooth FPS (Without any add-on aircraft):

I think there had to be some mods that conflict with PBJ causing low FPS.

If you want to use it in BAT you can download the Base Mod and Radome,
merge all in Base Mod, click OK when prompted overwrite.

I tried both, to the same result.

That gives exactly the same result as loading the Folders individually.
As from doubled classes only first is read, the 2nd not called upon.

Arms content is included in BAT, from what I saw. Correct me.

But remember custom Mods can have advert affects, not recommended.

Best wishes

All of these seem to work great for me except the 'PBJ Radome', for which it shows no ordnance available. (And I did load the Arms folder in its respective 3do folder) Anyone else have this issue?

thx

Yeah, for us all since 2010

Because there's just Default and None Loadouts for it.

It won't work because the bomb classes from 4.09 and 4.10 don't have selectable fuze that was introduced later on so most likely there is a conflict with the new fuzes mod.
