Is the Fi 167 included with BAT considered ready to be used in missions? I noticed that it has some quirks, such as the camera clipping through your backseat when you look around, no tail-hook, a cross-hair that seems a bit off target and perhaps most seriously... it doesn't seem able to carry torpedoes.

I assume this is the version made by Edlor... he mentioned that it required some Java work before it would be completed, although this was more than two years ago. Since it is included in BAT, I was hoping that this beautiful plane was combat ready...

The rule of thumbs is that planes in BAT are just what they are as they have been released separately, so issues like this are best to be reported to the mod's thread.
Getting all issues of each and every plane that was added to BAT is simply impossible to do for the dev team.
There's so many half- (or less) finished mods out there, unfortunately... it's simply an impossible task.
