Hi Gubi. While I appreciate all the work this took I am frustrated by the lack of 'plug and play'. I extracted the download to a stock Il2 4.13.4 as you said all missions cover up to 4.13. Would I be better using BAT which is only 4.12.2.
1. Are the paid for campaigns such as Battle over Europe, Fighters over the Jungle, Fighters over the Waves, Walter Schuck career, Fleigerfuhrer Afrika, The Last Days etc included.
2. The first 6 missions I tried either blew up or failed to load. probably wrong map or aircraft as you stated.
3. The idea of random missions is great if it works.
4. DBW has a set list of maps and more were added or refined in VPmedia and BAT. Will I have to add them all in time.
5. It seems to be a matter of trial and error to get the missions to work.
6. There are no briefings for each mission, neither when the map appears nor next to the date screen. Is this the ru problem discussed above?
7. For other potential users extract the Chronology to the Missions folder. It will appear as NN in the Singles folder. When you run Il2 and the Single Missions section look for NONE as the country and you will find all the dated missions listed.
