But what are those symetric holes in the wings good for? Never seen them on other Dora skins before.

The holes in the upper and lower wing surfaces are inspection holes, landing gear position indicators, flap position indicators, and actuating linkage pivots for the control surfaces. Most skinners omit them because there are about 25 or so of the little buggers all over the place...and that's just the big ones
