... in Photoshop, I did it by accident... But I remembered how I did it... I can record a video if necessary.

Unfortunately I don't use Photoshop but GIMP 2.8. You could still try to describe the process by which you created the metallic reflections; maybe GIMP also has similar functions - we can try.

I will try. We put the RGB mode. First, I took the clarifier tool, 25% of the power (lightening the backlight), then I took a brush with a chaotic shape and lightened the image with chaotic spots. (This is what gives this brightness) Then using image correction, we add juiciness and saturation + 10%. Behind that, the finishing touch is the exposure. In the exposure menu, there are three parameters; these are “exposure”, “shift”, and “gamma correction”. Let's set them like this, exposure = (-0.13) - (-0.08), shift = (-0.0137) - (-0.0098), and gamma correction = (0.97). In principle, that's all. :)
