3Dfix for CR-32 prop rotation

I've put together this quick fix as requested by RealDarko.  ;)

The only thing it does that it replaces the 3 bladed prop rotation mesh with a new 2 bladed one
on Frankiek's brilliant CR-32 mod.

To install simply extract the rar to your MODS folder then overwrite everything if asked.
