Map Too Big?

G'day Everyone

I've started a rather ambitious or foolish project 32352 x 23840 pixels in size. You can see it's scale compared to the existing Darwin map below.
Not that I was overly optimistic to begin with, but neither Map c tools or Map c toolbox worked, with Map c toolbox aborting after 5 minutes saying "map too complex".
Is there any other method of producing the 2 necessary files or am I as they say "Pushin' shit uphill".

Hi,

waypoints for aircraft are limited to 1000km maps (e.g. 20000x20000 pixels for map_c). It could be wise to separate Timor Sea and Arafura Sea as two maps, overlapping in the East-West direction to include Darwin airfield complex on both.
