Re 2001 is the preferred option but the Ectoflyer version has no hook.

I even found an old skin (2013) of a OR !
The hook could not be more "glued"...

This is exciting, a proper Axis carrier to play with! Makes me wonder if there are plans for a Graf Zeppelin, or even the Seydlitz conversion.

 ;D   While waiting for the latest creation that Asheshouse is preparing for us, I have developed a skin for the Reggiane Re2001 that should have been embarked on the Italian aircraft carrier Aquila. As a color I chose the pale blue used for the Re2002s embarked as catapult aircraft on cruisers, even if the hypotheses are the most varied in this regard. The fighters used in Livorno for landing training with extendable hooks retained the basic gray / green color.
I intervened because, I don't know about you, but that blue-green color proposed by Epervier seemed a bit too bright to me ..
