Ah, more bomb and fish fodder for the FAA. I'm sure they'll be just fine like the rest of your stuff!

Another Light Cruiser - Giussano class of light cruisers, a sub-class of the Condottieri class. Meant to hunt down and overwhelm the big French destroyers, the emphasis on firepower and speed resulted in these ships being virtually unprotected against gunfire and underwater threats; this was a major factor in all four ships of the class being sunk by torpedoes. Two were sunk by destroyers while being used as fast transports to carry barrels of fuel oil to North Africa.

;D  Great beautiful ship! Fast and well armed, it was truly a tragedy to discover that a few hits landed by an English destroyer were enough to break through the slabs of the hull. Her short existence did not allow her to receive elaborate battle camouflage, when she sank she was still painted in the pre-war light gray.  ::(

;D   I found this livery for the twin of Alberto di Giussano, the light cruiser Giovanni dalle Bande Nere, having survived longer than the first, had received a battle camouflage. It could be interesting !   ;)
