Hello there. Here is a suggestion about the Lippisch P.15 Diana. The P.15 was a jet-powered fighter, designed by Lippisch and was meant as a replacement for the He 162, being more easy and having a better performance then the 162. Being the last Volksjäger Project that was rushed in production, unfortunately, the war ended and the unfinished prototype was taken by the Americans.
Some history:
At the beginning of March, 1945, Lieutenant Colonel Siegfried Knemeyer, head of the Development Office of the TLR, visited Vienna, after having been at Heinkel's facilities, going on to describe to Dr. Lippisch the problems encountered with the He 162 Salamandra . Dr. Lippisch quickly made a sketch, according to his ideas, of a comparable plane, but that would have better benefits and that the final would be easier to fly.
However, Knemeyer did not have the time to start new developments, therefore, in the company of Lippisch decided to fine- tune a machine that used parts of Me 163B and C, He 162 and Ju 248. This would be driven by the HeS 011, estimating a maximum speed of 1000km / h. The LFA in Vienna built a model in wood at 1:25 scale, after which it was planned that the Winer Neustadt Aircraft Factory began the construction of the series as quickly as possible. However, the end of the war in May 1945 ended this development, passing the project to the hands of the Americans.
Specifications:
Engine: HeS 011A or BMW 109-003
Crew: 1
Armament: 4 x 30 mm MK 108 or 2 x 30 mm MK 108 and 2 x 20 mm MG 151
Span: 10.08 m
Wing area: 20 m2
Length: 6.40 m
Loaded weight: 3.600 kg
Max wing loading: 180 kg/m2
Max Speed: 1000 km/h
Endurance: 45 min
In the view of the low wing loading, the rate of climb would be pretty good and it's performance would exceed the He 162 and Me 262.
