New sights for the Polikarpov I-15?

I have been doing quite a lot of flying with the Polikarpov I-15, and it's a lovely little aircraft. The sights, although functional, are a bit primitive, though. See below:



Would it be possible to upgrade it to a bit, visually? The I-153 is a bit more appealing:

If you find some historical research that they used reflector gunsights in the I-15 I suspect it wouldn’t be that hard to do but I’m not sure they ever had them hence the ring and bead
