HMS Hermes :)

Ahh...okkk, but HMS Hermes has not been released yet in WAW, or I'm wrong?
Mr. Asheshouses likes to hide projects between the lines... ;)
And it's not the first time...

The Hermes in BAT is the modern Falklands era carrier. The Hermes I am working on is the earliest one, commissioned in 1924. Another import from WoWS.

Thank you, a good addition to the early war Royal Navy carrier list.

Enjoyed taking off from the Eagle, the Furious and the Ark Royal - am looking forward to this one.

Thank you again,

:)  No dear Poiana, the HMS Hermes never appeared on the seas of Il2 .. you get confused with another wonder, produced by Ashes, the British aircraft carrier HMS Eagle active in the Mediterranean until August 1942, when it collected four German torpedoes, sinking in a few minutes. Indeed the profiles of the two ships are apparently similar ...     ;)

I love these early carriers, before the iconic and ideal design was determined later on. The cruiser bow, and boy is that one tall island! I know one thing, I wouldn't like to be in that fighting top in a blow...

OK thank you Stanislao and Asheshouse, all is clear now...
Beautiful, not the same type of Eagle but very similar...
Yes, she made cruise in Pacific in WWII and sunked under japanese bomber attack.
Another great job Asheshouse!  ;)
