In each Plane/He-111 folder (except the He-111Z) :
Make sure you have in hier.him :

[HMask2_D0]
Mesh HMask2_D0
Parent Pilot2_D0
Attaching 0 -0.707107 -0.707107 0 0.707107 -0.707107 1 0 0   -0.242 -4.605 0.294

I did extract the hier.him and edited where you said. The value in bold is different than the ones I viewed. He's wearing a mask but its not aligned on his face. Anyway how to pack it back?

I guess the gunner could try this technique LOL....
It's the F9F Panther in HSFX.  All the pilots are like that with the head squished into the body.  No idea why.
It's the only aircraft that has this anomaly (that I'm aware of).

Thanks for the complete setting. I miss out typing folder where hier should be in. He is now wearing his mask like his brothers.. but now the spinning propellers are moving in circular motion out from place
